ABSTRACT: This study investigated the implementation of restorative practices in early childhood education settings. The objectives were to: (1) assess the impact of restorative practices on conflict resolution, (2) evaluate the effectiveness of these practices in promoting positive behavior, and (3) explore the role of restorative approaches in fostering a supportive learning environment. A survey design was employed to gather detailed information from educators and parents regarding their experiences with restorative practices. A sample size of 140 preschool educators and parents was selected using purposive sampling. The case study focused on early childhood education centers in Enugu State, Nigeria. Findings indicated that restorative practices significantly improved conflict resolution skills, promoted positive behavior, and fostered a supportive and inclusive learning environment. It was recommended that early childhood education programs integrate restorative practices into their behavior management strategies and that professional development for educators include training in restorative approaches to enhance classroom management and create a positive learning atmosphere.
